Helioso's founder, Hugues is leading the advisory practice and is the principal consultant.

Hugues has a wide experience in strategy, product management, design and project management. His previous roles include Managing Director and Director of Production for Ubisoft, Producer and Designer for Electronic Arts.

Hugues' teams have won numerous international awards in design and innovation for several best sellers of the gaming industry: Need For Speed, FIFA, Ghost Recon, Assassin's Creed.
